NEW HOLDEN CROSS 8 & CREWMAN AUXILIARY TANK

Holden Crewman and Cross 8 ute owners will be delighted to know that a 110 litre auxiliary fuel tank is now available for their vehicles.

It locates behind the rear axle and takes the place of the spare wheel.  The tank includes a dual filler system using the original fill location.

Fuel is transferred to the original tank using an electric fuel pump.  A combination switch/gauge is fitted to the instrument facia next to the headlight switch.  The Auxiliary tank level is indicated by a series of LED lights.  All green LEDs showing a full tank, one red LED showing an empty tank.  When the fuel transfer pump is in operation, the orange LED will be on.

The 110 litre auxiliary tank allows for greater distances between refilling, plus the ability to buy fuel where it is cheaper.
